At the Institute scientists conduct research in a collaborative setting where true exploration and inquiry is encouraged without pressures from the academia and industry. We focus on studying all aspects of neuroscience, and believe that gaining knowledge about the brain in the state of health will lead us to understanding and ultimately to methods for treatment and prevention of neurological disorders and diseases. Our multi-dimensional studies have contributed to factual information about many debilitating diseases. We have ongoing programs or current proposals for expanding our investigations of the following:
